How do I go about hiring a Bodyguard or an Agent?
There is really nothing to it. At ASI an agent will personally speak with you about the types of services for which you are inquiring about. Generally, after having explained what type of services will fit your needs, a proposal (Contract) will be sent to you for review. The proposal will contain the type of service to be performed and the costs of performing the service. In some cases our agency will accept a signed fax or signed stamped e-mail stating that the person or business accepts our rates and would like for ASI to provide a service for them. After you have reviewed, accepted and signed the proposal an up front retainer fee will be collected and applied. The initial amount will vary on a case by case basis.

What is a retainer fee?
A retainer fee is a deposit you make as a down payment in advance for the type of services render. Hourly rates are deducted from the retainer. Depending on the case, there may be additional out of pocket expenses that may apply (i.e. meals, mileage, hotel-rooms, photograph processing fees, etc.). All charges will be discussed and agreed upon in advance as we do not believe in hidden fees.

What about my confidentially?
At ASI we will provide professional, discreet investigative and bodyguard services, and respect our clients’ expectation of confidentially.
