Howard M. Hughes, Esquire specializes in the litigation of personal injury matters, medical negligence, products liability matters, insurance coverage issues and insurance defense. He is an experienced jury trial attorney and is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Florida and Michigan, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Hughes received his Juris Doctor, Summa Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University School of Law, having obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. While attending law school, Mr. Hughes was a member of the Law Review. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Hughes' areas of concentration include civil litigation, personal injury litigation, medical negligence, aviation related disputes, products liability matters, insurance coverage issues and insurance defense litigation. Mr. Hughes is frequently called upon as an expert trial witness in the field of insurance related matters. He holds current licensure within the State of Florida as an All Lines Insurance Adjuster, having over ten years of extensive experience within the insurance industry, including substantial claims management experience. Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Hughes was employed by Government Employees Insurance Company, Progressive Insurance Company, FEISCO and FCCI, as well as having substantial involvement in independent complex claims adjustment.
