Workplace Violence Prevention

Workplace terminations are never pleasant to begin with, but with the wrong employee, they can turn out to be dangerous as well. Human resource and personnel mangers should be aware of this possibility and rely on their previous experience with employees to make security conscious judgment regarding high-risk terminations.
